The following terms and conditions will apply between you and SHOBHAY LTD, when you buy an item from apparelok.com. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Your contract is with SHOBHAY LTD and you undertake that all goods ordered by you from apparelok.com are for your own private use only and not for resale.

You ensure that all details you provide to apparelok.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you used to purchase is your own card with sufficient funds in your account to make a payment of the product(s) ordered.

OUR PRODUCTS
The images of the Products on our site are for informative purposes only. We always try to display the colors accurately, though we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display accurately reflects the color of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from the pictures in apparelok.com.
We try to get Product descriptions, pricing and specifications maximum correct, but specifications may change and we reserve the right to withdraw or substitute items if needed. Products are subject to availability, while stocks last and may be available in limited quantity only.
ORDERS
apparelok.com order process allows you to check and amend any information before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.
After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receiving of your order. Please do not consider this e-mail as the acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted once we e-mail you with confirmation that the products you ordered have been dispatched.

If we are unable to supply you with a product by any reason, we will inform you by e-mail and we will not process that part of your order where the product is included. If you have already paid for the order which cannot be delivered, we will refund you the full amount charged as soon as possible, in the case of a multiple products order we will refund only that element of the order which contains the product. If only part of your order is available, we will only dispatch the items that are in stock, and cancel the out of stock items.
PAYMENT
The payments for orders are made by VISA or MasterCard credit or debit cards in Australian Dollar and EURO currencies. You authorize us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellations will be made to the same card. If the payment has not been made in full, we may cancel your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
This clause is not intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. The risk of damage or loss of the Products passes to you when delivery is made. Delivery is made at the time we leave the Products at the address specified by you. DELIVERY OF THE GOODS
apparelok.com is proud to offer a free and efficient worldwide delivery service. For deliveries within UK, the delivery will take from 1 to 5 working days after you place the order. For International orders, delivery will be done within 10 to 20 working days after the order is placed. We will package and ship your items to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.

RETURN POLICY

You have to place your request for a return or a refund within 30 days of the date of delivery. If the order does not arrive you can place your refund request within 30 days of the estimated date of delivery.
If you have changed the decision regarding your order you can cancel it within 8 hours of the time it was placed.
If you receive an item that is damaged, different, or not of the size or colour you ordered, you can request a refund. We will request a photo of the product and you may be required to return the item.
After we approve a cancellation or refund and confirm the return of the item, apparelok.com will return the amount of the purchase to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. Return shipping fees will not be refunded to the customer.
